At RoyalSign, your document safety and signature privacy are our highest priorities. All signing edits, file conversions, and placements are completed entirely on your local machine.
Any contract, agreement, invoice, or PDF you drag-and-drop or select for upload on the document signer page is processed **strictly within your local browser sandbox**. We do not upload, copy, store, or transmit your documents or their contents to our backend servers or third-party cloud services.
All placements (including signature stamps, custom typed texts, checkmarks, highlights, or date tags) reside strictly in your browser's active state memory. This session cache is temporary. Once you click "Close File", navigate away, or close your browser tab, all temporary document data is instantly destroyed and cannot be recovered.
Digital signature templates created and purchased by clients are archived in our database to facilitate order fulfillment. We enforce strict role constraints and do not access or use these signature graphic assets directly.
Only the authenticated client can sync their custom templates to the Document Signer using the secure, OTP-protected login flow. Synced signature assets are cached in your browser's local cache on this device strictly to enable direct ease of use during document signing. You can clear this cache completely at any time by clicking the "Logout" button.
